About the project
You will be responsible for managing communication related to organizational changes caused by IT projects being run for specific business lines, implementing assigned activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines and best practices, within an approved project budget.
 
Our Client is a leading international provider of ambulance and healthcare services.

Responsibilities
•    Plan communication approach towards specific Business Units, taking into consideration Project Management requirements
•    Execute project communication plans into the organization
•    Create the content for different materials and tools,
•    Setup and manage communication channels for the project
•    Support the main taskforce to drive successful key internal stakeholders’ communications
•    Coordinate production, translation, distribution and use of online and offline materials and tools also in cooperation with external vendors
•    Collect feedback to support project objectives and minimize challenges
•    Coordinate and host events, webinars and other virtual meetings
•    Evaluate, report results and provide recommendations on communicaton strategy
•    Cooperate closely with Project Manager and other internal stakeholders. Maintain a positive and integrated network in an internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and initiatives.
 

Requirements
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with a focus on multi-channel activities (experience from the B2B sector will be an advantage)
•    Project management experience with stakeholder management
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in English & Polish)
•    Copywriting skills, ability to write marketing messaging directly in English
•    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels
•    Open mindedness and ‘can do’ attitude
•    Organizational and interpersonal skills, independence and self-discipline
•    Ability to work with technical conten
