You will be:
•    planning and preparing content for internal communications (e.g., email messages, Confluence, newsletters),
•    searching for, initiating and implementing solutions that build effective and engaging internal communication,
•    daily cooperation on internal communications with representatives of various departments and areas, i.e., management, HR, technology guilds and others,
•    cooperation with graphic designers in creating various types of employer branding materials (posters, flyers, graphics for mailings),
•    planning and organizing internal events,
•    activities and initiatives to support employee engagement (contests, “Szlachetna Paczka”, gifts for employees),
•    cooperation with external suppliers and marketing agencies,
•    measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of your activities.

Your profile:
•    you speak English at the C1 level,
•    you have a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
•    you are familiar with tools supporting internal communication,
•    you have a knack for the written and an eye for detail – writing and editing content comes easily to you, and you will find every inconsistency or typo in the text,
•    you easily establish and maintain relationships within the organization. You are able to engage people in action,
•    you are a master of organizing your own work. You take responsibility for ongoing projects and independently keep an eye on the deadline for their implementation,
•    you are able to think creatively and quickly combine facts, you are efficient in solving problems.

Work from Wrocław and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:
•    you are interested in new technologies, tools and trends in communications and EB,
•    familiar and/or experienced in the IT industry.
