what you'll do
You’ll join the People Operations Team that is taking care of many internal strategic projects and processes in our growing organizations. Leading people-centered or communicational projects that engage people across the company and being a part of changes dedicated to our people's comfort and experience? For sure! who are we looking for?
• An enthusiast of Employer Branding, Employee Experience initiatives, and Internal Communication.
• Person who has an extensive knowledge of the above-mentioned areas, also interested in building hybrid workforce experiences related to Merixstudio’s inspirational culture.
• A specialist who can build commitment both around initiatives and during long-term projects. Who believes that all these initiatives matter, support our people and lead us to business success.
• Our future amazing teammate, who’ll strengthen our team with great competences, passion, good energy and a new perspective.
• And person who is able to work from the office (you can work at home office of course, but because you’ll be responsible also for initiatives that are organized in the office, we need you regularly in Poznan :)).
who you are
• You have experience (at least 3+ years) in planning, creating and executing internal communication strategies (it would be nice if you have experience in tech company).
• You can easily formulate goals (it would be nice if you have at least basic knowledge about OKR).
• You know what actions you can take to mitigate communication risks.
• You have experience in preparing and researching the pulse of the organization and other internal research.
• Earlier in your career, you organized team cross project groups that worked out initiatives for diversified teams in the organization, including surveys, focus groups, employee recognition programs, and offline/online initiatives.
• You have an experience in working closely with management team or stakeholders from different specialization, having knowledge of what forms of communication and initiatives are best suited to enforce the achievement of goals.
• You have amazing communication skills, both written and spoken, and also both in Polish and English languages. And also you can provide constructive feedback on a variety of projects.

• Knowledge about world trends in their specialization (especially about employee experience, communicational projects).
• The need for continuous improvement and ability to easily move between different contexts.
• Openness to work in a team promoting diversity, transparency and open feedback, dedicated to People Operations strategic changes, projects and initiatives.
• Openness to grow in People Operations structure (we have HR Business Partners, People Operations Specialist and Employee Experience Specialist, and also we plan to implement next specialized roles.
