We are searching for a person that wit co-create and implement our corporate internal and external communications strategy, ensuring its compliance with organization’s values and business targets.

Working with us, you will have a chance to:
•    Ensure consistency of Skanska image and message internally and externally by working on our internal and external communication plans and choosing right communication tools (including social media),
•    Cooperate with our Leadership Team and various teams on CEE level to ensure the right flow of information,
•    Monitor and control communication budget,
•    Manage crisis and corporate communication on a country level,
•    Create content for internal and external communication purposes,
•    Coordinate communication with media,
•    Organize internal and external events,
•    Choose external subcontractors and partners and coordinate their work,
•    Actively monitor the trends to make sure that implemented solutions are attractive to potential business partners, investors and employees.

You are a perfect candidate if you:
•    Have at least 3 years of experience in related field; experiences with working with media will be a huge advantage,
•    Have a university degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business, Sociology, Journalism,
•    Are fluent in both oral and written English (C1 level is a must),
•    Have great communication and negotiation skills,
•    Have analytical acumen and organizational excellence,
•    Are skilled in planning, setting right priorities and budgeting,
•    Are a keen networker and talented presenter.
