About the role:

We are looking for a passionate communication specialist, whose experience and personality will help put the ambitious plans of our business into action. The purpose of your role at Objectivity is to continuously improve our communication culture by making internal tools and channels more accessible, appealing and useful to all colleagues.

As Communication and CSR specialist, you will be accountable mainly for firm-wide communications and for creating and executing Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and target audiences, objectives, and messaging. We are looking for a blend of writing, project management, and creativity skills mixed with an un-beat can-do attitude.

Your daily work:
•    Design and execute internal communication and CSR plans.
•    Produce regular content (newsletter, internal news articles on Intranet, email announcements, and more as necessary).
•    Ensure consistent framing of messages.
•    Manage and oversee firm-wide Intranet (internal website).
•    Measure and present results of communication efforts.
•    Ensure workers are engaged in company / CSR initiatives.

Must-have skills & experience:
•    2+ years’ experience in internal communication and CSR area;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•    Good project management skills and attention to detail.
•    Very good command of English – both written and spoken (at least B2).
•    Ability to prioritize projects according to company objectives, while exhibiting flexibility in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to effectively partner with employees at all levels.
•    Self-motivated, eager to learn and positive attitude
